How long will it take to rent my property? 

With our marketing programs, properties that are in market-ready condition and priced at market rates take less than 30 days to rent. Homes that are not in market-ready condition and/or are priced at an above-market rate can take considerably longer. If a new tenant cannot be secured within a 30-day cycle, there are typically issues that require correction, or a rent adjustment is needed.  Real Property Management Dupage Preferred will keep you informed throughout the process and be responsive to market feedback, making recommendations if needed.  It is our goal to prevent your property from sitting on the market for an extended period of time.
